> IssueBadge is a digital certificate and badge platform. Organizations design a certificate or Open Badge once, issue it to one person or thousands from a CSV, and every credential gets a public verification page with a QR code. ### How do I generate certificates in bulk from a CSV?
Upload a CSV, TXT, XLS or XLSX file with names and emails, map the columns to the certificate fields, preview, and issue. Each recipient gets an email with their certificate and verification link. Exports are available as CSV in batches of 1,000.

### Can I send certificate emails from my own SMTP server?
Yes. Add one or more SMTP servers under Settings, test the connection, and set a default for the organization or pick a server per badge. TLS, SSL and unencrypted connections are supported.

### Are IssueBadge badges Open Badges compliant?
Yes. Badge metadata (issuer, criteria, skills, evidence, alignment) follows the 1EdTech Open Badges 2.0 and 3.0 specifications, so badges are portable to other compliant platforms.

### Do recipients need an account?
No. Recipients receive an email, open their certificate, verify it by QR code or link, and share it. No sign-up is required.

### Does IssueBadge work inside Canvas or Moodle?
Yes, as an LTI 1.3 tool. An IssueBadge account owner generates an install link, an LMS administrator registers it, and teachers issue from inside the course. IssueBadge never writes grades back to the LMS.

### Does IssueBadge support single sign-on?
Yes. OpenID Connect single sign-on and SCIM 2.0 provisioning are included on every plan. Okta is listed in the Okta Integration Network; other OIDC providers use the same settings page.

### How much does it cost?
