What happens if I exceed my certificate limit?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional certificates at $0.50 per certificate for that month.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?

Yes! We offer 30% discounts for verified nonprofits and educational institutions. Contact our sales team with your organization details to apply.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.

Is there a setup fee?

No! There are no setup fees for any of our plans. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee.

Can I cancel my subscription?
