You can use hubspot workflow automation tools and easily issue digital badge & Certificate directly from hubspot.
1 . Signup - https://app.issuebadge.com
2 . Create Badge - https://app.issuebadge.com/badge/create
3. Get Api Key : https://app.issuebadge.com/developer/index {api_key}
4. get badge_id from https://app.issuebadge.com/developer/index
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.

To edit an existing workflow, click the name of the workflow. Or, create a new workflow.
In the workflow editor, click the + plus icon to add an action.
In the left panel, in the Data ops section, select Send a webhook.
