No. Issue Badge does not require recipients to create an account to view, download, share, or verify their credentials.
What file formats are supported for bulk import?
We support CSV (Comma Separated Values) and Excel files (.xlsx, .xls) for bulk credential issuance.
Is Issue Badge OpenBadges compliant?
Yes. We fully implement OpenBadges 2.0 specification and are preparing for OpenBadges 3.0 (Verifiable Credentials).
Can I use my own email server (SMTP)?
Yes. You can configure your own SMTP server including Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, or any standard SMTP server.
Can I revoke a credential after issuing?
Yes. You can revoke credentials via the web interface or API, add a revocation reason, and reinstate them if needed. Full audit trail is maintained.
Can I use Canva to design certificates?
Yes. Design your certificate in Canva, download as PDF, and upload to Issue Badge. We also support Word, PowerPoint, and our built-in drag-and-drop designer.
