Export Data from Your System

Export a list of recipients from your LMS, event platform, HR system, or any other source as a CSV or Excel file.

Upload to IssueBadge

Go to Issue Badge, select Bulk Issue, choose your badge template, and upload your spreadsheet file.

Map Columns

Match your spreadsheet columns to badge fields. The system auto-detects common column names like "Name", "Email", etc.

Review & Issue

Preview the imported data, fix any validation errors, and click Issue to send badges to all recipients.

Frequently Asked Questions

At minimum, you need a column for recipient email address. Recipient name is strongly recommended. Any custom fields defined on your badge template can be included as additional columns.

Yes. When starting a bulk import, you can download a sample CSV template that includes all the required and optional columns for your selected badge template.

Yes. The system checks for duplicate email addresses in your upload and flags them so you can decide whether to skip or re-issue.
