How It Works
Issue Badges
Issue badges as usual. Email delivery is tracked automatically for every badge email sent through the system.
Check Issued Badges
In the Issued Badges list, the Email Status column shows delivery status for each recipient.
View Bounce Dashboard
Go to Email Delivery in the sidebar to see all bounces and complaints. Filter by type and search by email.
Set Up Notifications
In Organization SMTP settings, configure bounce notification email to get alerts when deliveries fail.
Frequently Asked Questions
A hard bounce means the email address is permanently invalid (e.g. the address does not exist). A soft bounce is a temporary failure (e.g. the inbox is full or the server is temporarily unavailable).
Yes. From the Issued Badges list, you can resend badge emails to individual recipients. For hard bounces, ask the recipient to provide a valid email address first.
Go to your Organization SMTP settings and set a Bounce Notification Email. You can choose to be notified on hard bounces, soft bounces, and/or spam complaints.
