Issuance & Distribution

Control Where Recipient Replies Go

Set a Reply-To email address so that when badge recipients click Reply on their badge email, the response goes directly to your team instead of the system email address.

Key Benefits

Direct Communication

When recipients reply to their badge email, the reply goes to your specified address — not to a system address you don't monitor.

Organization & Badge Level

Set Reply-To at the organization level for all badges, or override it on specific badges for different departments or programs.

Custom Display Name

Set both the Reply-To email address and a display name (e.g. "HR Department") for a professional appearance.

No Custom SMTP Required

Reply-To works even without a custom SMTP server. You can use it with the default system email delivery.

How It Works

1

Open SMTP Settings

Navigate to your Organization or Badge settings and open the SMTP tab.

2

Set Reply-To Address

In the Reply-To Address section, enter the email address where you want replies to go (e.g. hr@yourcompany.com).

3

Add Display Name

Optionally set a display name for the Reply-To (e.g. "HR Department" or "Training Team").

4

Save Settings

Save your settings. All future badge emails will include the Reply-To header directing replies to your specified address.
